Here's a first try at a lunar mosaic with the Vesta Pro. Its a mosaic of 26, 640x480x24bit images. I plugged the Vesta into my Lumicon CEG with the 2" to 1.25" adapter to take advantage of the wider field produced by the focal reducer. This seems though to have made it difficult to focus as the edge of the field was slightly out of focus in relation to the center. I also neglected to take flat fields (Doh!) which later made it almost impossible to get the brightness and costrast of each frame to play nice with its neighbours. I also noticed the Vesta had a tendency to add a slightly darker and brown tone to the left edge of the frames under the bright moonlight.
